The City of Lompoc is requesting proposals for a project to document the feasibility of developing a recycled water system. The project will determine where there are opportunities for recycled water, what barriers exist to implementing a recycled water system, and a cost/benefit analysis for its development.
As part of this feasibility the following major items will need to be addressed:
• Identification of pertinent regulatory requirements
• Market assessment of potential customers and demand estimates
• Recycled water supply availability and quality
• System alternatives development
• Feasibility analysis including cost/benefits
• Recommendations and further analysis needs
